产品概述：

此生产线完全颠覆了传统的设计理念，采用液压延伸有效的避免了穿线慢、伤肋、延伸量不好控制等问题发生。整套设备由变频、伺服系统控制调速及切断，具有能耗低、速度快、定尺准、人工投入低等特点！无需人工对齐和停机打包，可连续不间断生产！

Introduction:

This production line absolutely breaks the traditional design of rebar processing machinery. By using hydraulic elongating system, it is effectively avoid low speed, ribs damage, inconvenient control of elongating parameters and so on. All machines are controlled through frequency converter, SERVO system to reach the reasonable speed and accurate cutting, and have good performance on saving power, working speed, accurate shear gauge and saving labor force, and be available for replacing worker’s Aligning work and be continuously in working status as well.
