该机组按24小时连续工作制设计，整套设备由PLC系统控制操作简便。成品质量可达到GB13788-2024标准。我们视客户的需求为向导，完全站在客户的立场充分考虑了产品在节能、高效、操作简便、故障率低等相关问题。轧制后的钢筋成品无需进入收线打包,直接进入调直机在线调直和自动剪切，有效解决了当前市面上客户生产CRB6000H钢筋收卷后再调直剪切就不合格、伤肋、钢筋螺旋状扭转、容易锈蚀、焊接强度不够虚焊、外观质量差、场地占用面积大、设备投入大、生产使用成本高等痛点问题；双放线架+双边卸料配置实现了原材料连续放线和成品打包吊料不停机功能，有效的提高了生产效率；双凉床+双摆料仓设计，从根本上解决了成品交叉受压变弯曲影响后工序焊网直条下料、直条打包交叉不顺畅影响销售外观等问题；

Introduction: 

This production line is designed to continuously work 24/7, and all machines are operated by Frequency converter system, SERVO. The quality of finished products can meet the GB13788-2024 standard. We take customer needs as our guide, and stand completely on the customer's side to fully consider the product's energy saving, high efficiency, easy operation, low failure rate and other related issues. The finished steel bars after rolling do not need to enter the wire winding and packaging, but directly enter the straightening machine for online straightening and automatic shearing, which effectively solves the current pain points of customers in the market producing CRB6000H steel bars that are unqualified after winding and straightening and shearing, rib damage, spiral twisting of steel bars, easy rust, insufficient welding strength, poor welding, poor appearance quality, large site occupation area, large equipment investment, and high production and use costs; the double pay-off rack + double-sided unloading configuration realizes the continuous pay-off of raw materials and the non-stop function of finished product packaging and lifting, which effectively improves production efficiency; the double cooling bed + double swing silo design fundamentally solves the problems of finished products being compressed and bent, affecting the straight strip unloading of the subsequent welding process, and the uneven cross-packing of straight strips affecting the sales appearance;
