该生产线是我公司专业设计团队经多年工作经验总结，集同行业相关产品之所长精心设计的一款产品！其综合性能属国内一流产品！我们视客户的需求为向导，完全站在客户的立场充分考虑了产品在节能、高效、操作简便、故障率低等相关问题。轧制后的冷轧带肋钢筋无需进入收线打包,直接进入数控高速调直机进行在线调直和自动剪切。具有剪切误差小,生产效率高、故障率低等特点，双放线架+数控缓冲卸料架配置实现了原材料连续放线和成品打包吊料不停机功能，有效的提高了生产效率、降低了劳动力投入、电力消耗、场地占用等成本。

This production line is designed and manufactured based on years of experience and integration of advantages of all congeneric products in steel rebar production field, and its overall performance leads the market in China. We always pay attention to customers’ needs, which requires us to be from clients’ perspective to consider all aspects including energy conservation, high efficiency, operate convenience and Failure rate etc. The cold-rolled ribbed rebar after cold rolling process achieved non-stopping function while packing finished products, straightening, and automatic cutting process of raw steel. Therefore this approach accomplishes low cutting deviation, high-efficiency and low failure rate etc. Besides, this product line is completely available for continuously producing.
